This is one of the better subways I've been to around the Seattle area. Employees are fast, friendly, and competent. The place is clean and much more inviting than many I've visited. If you don't have much time for lunch you will be able to get in and out quickly, even if there is a long line.

Went in and order a steak and cheese with double meat. I got less than normal and charged 3 bucks extra. Employees are rude and zero customer service sandwich was sloppy and disgusting. The angry lady who helped us was rude and obviously hated her life. Seriously, worst subway ever. Save your money and buy a length of rope and hang yourself - it'd be better than eating a sandwich from here.

Worst experience ever! Employee gave no F**k about the customer service. The lady that helped us was rude as sh^t. Payed way to much for a bad sandwich.

I can't even say this subway is a one star...... beyond disappointed with my two sandwich's today! The customer service was horrible. Not to mention the lady couldn't seem to know what sandwich to put in the oven. I ordered a foot long turkey and cheddar cheese with bacon. She then puts the bacon on it but just slabs it on. By the time we got home to eat our sandwich's it was completely falling out of the bread. Won't be going back. Beyond disappointed with this subway location!!!!!!!!

This Subway is really not very good. The prices of their subs are a lot higher than I've seen elsewhere. They have also failed to participate in the $5 Footlong sales in the past, which I find pretty lame.
Last time I was there, it was close to dinner time and there was a HUGE line of people waiting to get subs. There were two employees working. Even though I could see that the bread case was completely jam-packed full of freshly baked bread, for some reason one of the employees was prepping bread to put in the oven. While she did this, the other employee started out people's subs by doing the meat and cheese. A looooong line of subs awaiting veggies began to pile up and we all just stood there, waiting for the employee to return from her pointless bread making. What the heck? I don't have all day to stand here waiting for you to come make my sandwich. I have no clue why she found that the appropriate time to start making bread. It made no sense.
I have not been impressed with this location whatsoever, even though it is conveniently close to where I live. I don't eat Subway often, but next time I do I will be driving elsewhere to get my sandwich.
